  3. We'll confirm your artwork and, if desired, a digital proof, stock sample, or pre-production sample. With your approval and deposit, we'll begin production.

  4. We verify every order before shipping, then deliver to your door, all freight, customs, and duties included.

  • Can you really reduce what I pay on my existing packaging? Often, yes. Send us your current item and target price, and we'll re-source it with our manufacturers and show you the comparison.

  • Can I get a sample first? Yes. Depending on the product, the sample is either a digital proof of your artwork, a stock sample of the base item, or a custom pre-production sample of your actual design. Physical samples incur a small fee, billed apart from your quote.

  • How do payments work? We collect a deposit to begin production, and the balance before your goods ship. We'll lay out the exact schedule in your quote.

  • What happens if my order arrives damaged or defective? We verify every order before it ships, so problems are caught early. If something isn't right when it reaches you, tell us promptly and we'll make it right, whether that means replacing the affected pieces or finding another resolution. The claim window and remedies are described in every order's Terms and Conditions.

  • What are your lead times? They vary by product, quantity, and season. We commit to a specific, realistic timeline with your quote and keep you updated at every stage.

  • Are there any costs beyond the quote? Aside from optional physical samples, no. Unless there are changes to the order after quoting, the cost on your quote is the all-in cost.

  • What is your minimum order? We typically work with orders of USD $5,000 and up.

  • What markets do you serve? We import goods into the US.
